Mozart
Service terms

Terms of Service.

Reasonable rules for using Mozart and its dashboard.

Effective date: 10 September 2026.

Acceptable use

Use Mozart lawfully, respectfully, and only in Discord servers where you are authorized to participate. Do not abuse rate limits, probe protected endpoints, attempt to bypass Discord permissions, submit malicious input, or use the bot to harass, spam, or facilitate unlawful activity.

Access and enforcement

Dashboard access is tied to Discord authentication and server permissions. Operators may restrict, suspend, or remove access when needed for safety, abuse prevention, maintenance, or Discord policy compliance. Configured-owner authority and persistent dashboard roles are controlled server-side.

Availability

Music playback depends on Discord, Lavalink, MongoDB, network connectivity, and third-party providers. Features may be unavailable, rate-limited, changed, or removed without a service-level guarantee.

Third-party services

Discord, MongoDB, Lavalink, and any configured source providers operate under their own terms and policies. Mozart is not responsible for outages or policy decisions made by those services.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect loss, interruption, or data loss beyond its reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
